Erin excels in her current role by managing the logistics of maintaining customer profiles and accounts. She is always striving to provide exceptional customer service and understands the importance of timelines, accuracy, and attention to detail. Erin is passionate about financial literacy for all ages and enjoys helping the next generation learn healthy financial habits.
Erin is also a proud graduate of the Leadership A2Y program through the Chamber of Commerce, where she gained a deep appreciation for the rich history and offerings of Washtenaw County. Originally from Livingston County, Erin moved to Washtenaw County in 2016 and now resides in Ypsilanti Township with her husband, Chuck, a mortgage professional in Ann Arbor. They share their home with three cats and one dog.
In her free time, Erin enjoys reading, writing, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
